We get it. Anxiety is the worst. OCD is brutal. Stress really drags you down. That’s why we’re here.
Meet our therapists
Because psychologists are licensed by province, it’s important to choose a therapist who’s registered where you’ll be during your session. If you’re booking online therapy or seeing a virtual psychologist, please select someone licensed in your province of residence.
If you’re in Quebec, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia, you’re an exception — these provinces allow residents to receive telehealth psychology services from psychologists licensed elsewhere in Canada. If you live in Nunavut, you can see a psychologist who is registered in Alberta.

Raj Hayre, Ph.D. (supervised by Dr. Korol until registered)
Hi! I’m Raj (he/him), a Clinical Psychologist in Training in British Columbia. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University and am currently completing my registration as a psychologist (currently going through the licensing exam process but I can work under the supervision of Dr. Korol).
If anxiety, stress, OCD, or life’s overwhelm are getting in your way, I’m here to support you—with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored just for you. I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on your unique needs and goals.
My approach is all about partnership: you know your life best, and together we’ll explore practical strategies grounded in science and real-world experience. I’m committed to creating an authentic, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
I’ve walked alongside clients facing tough topics like trauma, self-harm, and the effects of racism and social injustice. No matter what brings you in, you’ll find warmth, curiosity, and respect here.
Outside of therapy, I’m a soccer enthusiast with a legendary jersey collection and a dedicated console gamer—currently obsessed with Hollow Knight. I believe staying active is key to balance and encourage clients to find movement and habits that suit them. Oh, and yes—I fully stand by the idea that pizza is definitely a food group.
If you’re looking for a therapy experience that’s genuine, supportive, and tailored to you (not robotic or detached), let’s connect and start this journey together.

Dana Cochrane, Ph.D. (supervised by Dr. Korol until registered)
Hi, I’m Dana (she/her), and I’m here to support you.
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University and am currently working toward becoming a registered psychologist. Until I complete all of my registration exams, I can work under the supervision of Dr. Korol. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a collaborative, client-centered way, focusing on your unique goals and pacing to help with OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, or simply figuring out who you are.
Outside of therapy, I’m a true crime podcast enthusiast and a sucker for swoony romance novels—a perfect mix of love stories and murder mysteries. I’m on a quest to find the spiciest food in Vancouver, and my hot sauce collection definitely reflects that passion. I also love the idea of outdoor workouts here, even if I’m still searching for one that doesn’t feel like a workout.
My approach is warm, approachable, and grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space. I believe humor has a place in therapy because healing doesn’t have to be all serious. Whether we’re laughing or crying, I’ll be fully present with you.
If you’re ready to take the next step on your journey, I’d be honored to work with you. Book your appointment with me today, and let’s start working toward the future you want—at your pace, with the support you deserve.
